GAMILATI TOPS LOWTHER ENTRIES

Gamilati is the star name amongst 15 entries for the Lowther Stakes at York on Thursday.

Mahmood Al Zarooni's filly won the Cherry Hinton at Newmarket on her latest start and will bid to be the first Godolphin winner of the York feature.

She could face a strong challenge from a Brian Meehan duo of Hidden Passion and Shumoos, with the latter set to lock horns with her Royal Ascot conqueror Best Terms, along with the third home Caledonia Lady.

Aidan O'Brien's After and David Wachman's Fire Lily could represent Ireland, whilst Barry Hills, set to retire after the Ebor Festival, will rely on Angels Will Fall.

Peter Chapple-Hyam has My Propeller and Sunday Times in at the latest six-day entry stage, whilst North Yorkshire could be represented by Kevin Ryan's Inetrobil and Mark Johnston's Vocational.

Hello Glory, Imelda Mayhem and Lady Gorgeous complete the entries.
